Essential Minerals

As with all nutrients, not always seen as being important in the medical focus of drugs and expensive interventions. You may need to look at health as a veterinarian would – (Trained extensively in animal nutrition – human doctors not so – in fact they call it ‘alternative’. Human nutrition is the basis of all life and health concerns.

Your nutrition may be imbalanced – please start here

Minerals are elements that originate in the Earth and cannot be made by living organisms. Plants obtain minerals from the soil, and most of the minerals in our diets come directly from plants or indirectly from animal sources. Minerals may also be present in the water we drink, but this varies with geographic locale. Minerals from plant sources may also vary from place to place, because soil mineral content varies geographically.

Why are minerals so important?

(30 minutes – esp relevant to weight loss . . )

We need larger amounts of the macrominerals (major minerals) and much smaller amounts of “trace elements” to maintain good health.

Some soils (such as those generally found in Australia and New Zealand) can lack some of the minerals essential for our healthy growth and well being.

Know which these are and the effects of their deficiencies can lead to remarkable improvements in our general health and outlook, particularly in relation to chronic conditions that are often accepted as “normal”.

Macrominerals

Eating is essential for human life.

Plants (and the animals that eat these) get these from the soil – and water – it depends on local geography, and bioavailability – whether the artificial fertilisers have locked up what is originally in the soils and whether the microbiota are able to do their job – hence the incredible improvements in soil and thus crop yields when humans work with nature not against it for better nutrient values in the soil as a focus – not amount they can force the ground short term to yield.

Most hear of the major minerals – magnesium, potassium, calcium – but all the minerals also essential are often missing altogether as they are not replaced in agriculture, yet crucial to human functioning.

Supplementation with all minerals is a must, as is choosing a varied diet.

Ensure bone broths, organ meats and other sacred foods are eaten, as these sources of nutrients collect what we need for sustaining vibrant health.

Trace Elements

Trace elements are found in extremely small quantities in animal and plant cells and tissue.

They are a necessary part of nutrition and physiology.

Ingestion of, or exposure to, excess quantities is often toxic.
However, insufficient plasma or tissue levels of certain trace metals can cause pathology.

If any of these are lacking in your diet they can have profound repercussions for our health and vitality.

Toxic Elements

We should never ever have these within us:

How to take these out safely?

What really causes tooth decay/dental deformities? Is it really lack of fluoride? Or maybe overall good general and gut health? Is it safe to expose babies to fluoride?

Perhaps you may wish to immerse yourself in the work of Weston Price – who traveled the world searching for perfect teeth and the diet that made them. Instead discovered how in a short 10 years – to irrevocably cause dental decay/deformed jaws and teeth and physical degeneration – all through what is chosen to be eaten.

Please read Dr Weston Price’s:

Nutrition and Physical Degeneration
A Comparison of Primitive and Modern Diets and Their Effects

Where do we get fluoride naturally? Tea leaves are huge in these.

Do we need it? NO. Dental health is not reliant on its ‘gifts’ – we need to look at the evidence/science. Also what happened when the modern diet started replacing all traditional diets – look at least to the photos in Dr Weston Price’s free eBook here.
