Boron

Boron: Needed for healthy bones, boron is found in fruits, especially apples, leafy green vegetables, nuts and grains.

Food sources   Boron is a vital trace mineral, improving the natural ability of the human body to absorb calcium and magnesium, and is required for normal growth.
