Sulphur

Sulphur: Part of the chemical structure of several amino acids, sulphur aids in many biochemical processes. It helps protect the body from infection, blocks the harmful effects of radiation and pollution and slows down the aging process. Sulphur-containing proteins are the building blocks of cell membranes, and sulphur is a major component of the gel-like connective tissue in cartilage and skin. Sulphur is found in cruciferous vegetables, eggs, milk and animal products.

Sulphur is needed for protein synthesis and detoxification, and collagen, hence skin repair, anti aging. Is too tasty/smelly in foods – brussels sprouts, garlic, egg yolks.
Needed for Glutathione manufacture – essential for methylation and hence inner detoxification. Especially if you want clear skin or no cancer.

Found in strong flavored foods – egg yolks, onion family, turnips, kale, cabbage, seaweed.
Also in all protein-rich animal foods, such as dairy, eggs, beef, poultry and seafood.
